Refund Policy

At Jhankar Events, we take pride in delivering exceptional event planning and management services. We understand that event plans can sometimes change, and we aim to be as transparent and fair as possible with our refund policy.
- Booking & Advance Payments: To confirm your booking, we require an advance payment as specified in your quotation or proposal. This advance ensures that we block our calendar, book vendors, and begin planning your event.
- Refund Eligibility: Refunds are subject to the following conditions:
● Cancellation within 7 days of booking: If you cancel your booking within 7 days of payment and the event date is more than 30 days away, you are eligible for a refund after deduction of administrative charges(usually 10% of the total booking amount).
● Cancellation after 7 days of booking: After 7 days, the advance amount becomes non-refundable, as preparations, vendor bookings, and resource allocations may have already started.
● Event postponed by client: In case of postponement, we will do our best to adjust the booking to a new date(subject to availability). Any additional cost due to date change or vendor charges will be communicated in advance.
● Event cancelled by Jhankar Events: In the unlikely event that Jhankar Events cancels the booking due to unforeseen reasons, the client will receive a full refund of all payments made.
- Non-Refundable Components: Certain costs may be non-refundable depending on the stage of event preparation, such as:
● Vendor booking fees (venue, décor, catering, artists, etc.)
● Third-party service retainers
● Customized design or production work already completed
These will be clearly mentioned in your contract or proposal.
- Refund Processing Time: Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 10–15 working days through the same mode of payment used during booking.
