The lower quote must be for the same wedding details — same date(s), number of days, guest count, menu, rentals, and any other requirements that were part of our original quote.

Valid Quote Source:
The competing quote should come directly from the venue’s official email ID. It must include a full price breakup — event charges, room rates, catering, rentals, and any extra fees (like vendor permissions or royalty charges).

Verification Time:
Our team will verify the quote with the venue. This process can take up to 3 business days (Monday to Friday). Once verified, we’ll share your updated offer with the Price Beat discount.

Venue Availability:
Jhankar Events is not responsible if the venue gets booked by someone else during the verification process. All bookings depend on the venue’s availability.

When to Share the Quote:
You must share the lower quote with us within 3 business days of receiving our original quote. Also, the competing quote must be dated on or after our quote date.

Venue Visit Requirement:
The Price Beat offer applies after a venue visit (recce) done together with our Jhankar Events representative. This visit helps us get you the best possible rates and deals.

Venue Recommendation:
The venue must be one that Jhankar Events has suggested in your wedding proposal.

How to Redeem Your Discount:
To avail the Price Beat discount, you need to confirm your booking with Jhankar Events and proceed with our wedding planning services. All venue payments must be made online to Jhankar Events. The discount will be adjusted in the final payment installment for your venue.”
